Our suite is designed for a maximum of 2 guests, and this limit must not be exceeded under any circumstances. Reservations are non-transferable. The accommodation is to be used exclusively for residential purposes by the individuals listed in the booking. It cannot be used for professional activities, events, or any activities contrary to French law or public decency. Guests are prohibited from disturbing the neighbors.
Violating this agreement will result in the immediate expulsion of the guest(s) without prior notice, refund, or compensation from Secrets Rooms.
Pets are not allowed. For your safety, smoking and the use of flammable products or items are strictly prohibited within the premises. Guests must comply with French internet usage laws. Any violations are the sole responsibility of the tenant. Non-compliance with occupancy rules will incur a fine of €400.
4. Data protection
In compliance with the law of August 7, 2004, concerning IT, data files, and freedoms on Personal Data Protection, Secrets Rooms informs guests that personal data provided will only be used for the requested service. Only employees and suppliers requiring access to this data to provide the best service will have access. Guests may exercise their rights to access, oppose, correct, or delete their data as provided under the mentioned law. After booking confirmation, guests should contact Secrets Rooms for additional information via email. A host is available at +33 6 28 71 09 22 for reservations or inquiries by phone.
5. Accessibility for persons with reduced mobility
Unfortunately, the suite is not adapted for persons with reduced mobility. Access doors are not wheelchair-friendly, the apartment includes stairs, and facilities such as the Jacuzzi or Hammam are not equipped for individuals with limited mobility.
