1. Reservations and rates
How can I book a night at Secrets Rooms Perpignan?
Reservations can be made directly on our website lessecretsrooms-perpignan.com using our secure booking system. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
What services are included in the rate?
The rate includes linens, cleaning services, internet and TV access, as well as exclusive use of the suite’s amenities (SPA, hammam, etc.).
Do I need to pay a security deposit?
Yes, a €300 security deposit will be required a few days before your arrival. It will be refunded within a maximum of seven days after your stay, provided no damages are found.
Can I modify or cancel my reservation?
For cancellations more than 30 days before the arrival date:
Secrets Rooms will retain 10% of the payment made. A date change can be made free of charge, but it will no longer be eligible for further cancellations or changes.For cancellations between 15 and 30 days before the arrival date:
Secrets Rooms will retain 50% of the payment for the nights and will fully refund any options booked. A date change can also be made free of charge, but it will no longer allow for cancellations or further changes.For cancellations less than 15 days before the arrival date:
Secrets Rooms will retain the entire payment for the nights but will refund 100% of the amount for booked options. No date changes will be permitted.
2. Check-in and check-out
What time can I check in, and when do I need to check out?
Check-ins are available from 6:00 PM, and check-outs must be completed by 11:00 AM the following day. Additional time options are available during booking if you wish to extend your stay.
How can I access the suite?
A unique code will be sent to you via SMS or email before your arrival. This code allows you to access the suite independently, without the need for physical keys.
3. Hygiene and maintenance
Is cleaning provided during my stay?
Yes, a cleaning service is included in your stay to ensure the suite remains clean and comfortable.
Do I need to clean the suite before leaving?
While cleaning is included, we kindly ask guests to place used dishes in the dishwasher, turn off appliances and lights, and leave the suite in a tidy and acceptable condition before departure.
4. Occupancy rules
How many people can stay in the suite?
The maximum occupancy of the suite is two adults, and this capacity cannot be exceeded under any circumstances (including infants and children).
Can I invite others to the suite?
No, the reservation is nominative and non-transferable. The suite can only be used by the individuals named at the time of booking.
Can I smoke in the suite?
No, smoking is prohibited inside the suite for safety reasons and to ensure the comfort of future guests.
Can I bring my pet?
Pets are not allowed in the suite.
5. Amenities and comfort
What is included in the suite?
You will have access to a king-size bed, a private SPA, an XXL shower, a hammam with essential oils, large mirrors, a fully equipped kitchen, and sensual accessories (Saint Andrew’s cross, tantric chair, etc.).
Is household linen provided?
Yes, we provide bed linens, bath towels, bathrobes, and slippers.
Are drinks included in the suite?
An assortment of soft drinks is available in the refrigerator, along with a selection of soft drinks, coffee (bean-to-cup machine), teas, and Kusmi Tea infusions.
Can I have meals delivered?
Yes, while we offer in-house options, you can order meals through delivery platforms. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook or reheat your own dishes.
6. Safety and privacy
Is the suite discreet?
Yes, discretion is a priority. Access to the suite is autonomous via a key box, and the full address is only shared after your reservation is confirmed.
What safety measures are in place?
Using flammable accessories or products in the suite is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with safety rules may result in a partial or full deduction of the security deposit.
What happens if I break the house rules?
If the rules are not respected (e.g., smoking in the suite, inviting third parties), the stay may be immediately terminated without refund. Additionally, a €300 penalty may be applied.
7. Accessibility
Is the suite accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Unfortunately, the suite is not adapted for people with reduced mobility. The apartment includes a staircase, and amenities such as the SPA and hammam are not suitable for individuals with mobility challenges.
8. Connectivity and entertainment
Is there internet access in the suite?
Yes, internet access is included in the cost of your stay.
Is there a television in the suite?
Yes, TV access is also included.
9. Special conditions
What happens in case of force majeure or cancellation by Secrets Rooms?
In the event of force majeure (such as flooding, mandatory renovations, etc.), we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and fully refund the amount paid.
Can I host events in the suite?
No, the suite cannot be used for events, professional activities, or any activities that violate French law.
